1. Conference Venue Information
Each Nexora conference has an event-specific venue or online participation format. The official conference page contains the most current information regarding the event location, date and participation format.
Venue information may differ between conferences depending on the event, location, capacity and organizational requirements.
Participants should always review the specific conference page and their registration confirmation before making travel arrangements.
2. Event Facilities
Available facilities and services depend on the specific venue and conference format.
Depending on the event, facilities may include conference rooms, presentation areas, registration areas, poster areas, networking spaces and other event-specific facilities.
Nexora does not guarantee that every facility or service is available at every conference unless it is specifically stated on the relevant event page or registration information.
3. Accessibility and Location
Venue accessibility and transportation options vary according to the location of the conference.
Participants should review the venue information and make appropriate arrangements based on their individual travel and accessibility requirements.

4. Accommodation and Travel
Accommodation and travel arrangements are generally the participant's responsibility unless the applicable conference explicitly provides or includes such services.
Participants should carefully review whether hotel, transportation, visa or other travel services are included in their registration package.
Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, Nexora is not responsible for independently booked airline tickets, hotels, transportation, accommodation, visa expenses, travel insurance or other personal travel costs.
5. Venue Changes
Nexora may change a conference venue where reasonably necessary for organizational, operational, safety, regulatory or other legitimate reasons.
If the replacement venue is located in the same city or a reasonable geographic area and there is no material change to the nature of the event, participant registration will generally remain valid.
If a venue change is substantial, particularly where the new location is in another city or country and materially affects attendance, participants will be informed as soon as reasonably possible.
Any applicable cancellation or refund rights will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the event.
6. Date Changes
Conference dates may be changed where reasonably necessary. Participants with existing registrations will be informed of material changes as soon as reasonably possible.
If a material date change prevents a participant from attending, cancellation or refund rights may apply subject to applicable law and the event-specific conditions.
7. Force Majeure and Alternative Formats
Extraordinary circumstances outside Nexora's reasonable control may require the conference to be postponed, relocated, converted from onsite to hybrid or online participation, or cancelled.
Examples may include natural disasters, severe weather, earthquakes, floods, fires, war or armed conflict, terrorism, civil unrest, epidemics or pandemics, government restrictions, border closures, travel restrictions, major strikes, transportation disruptions, venue closure and major infrastructure failures.
Participants will be informed of material changes as soon as reasonably possible.
8. Official Event Information
Because venue details, dates and event formats may change, the relevant conference page and registration confirmation should be treated as the primary source of current event information.
Participants should check for updates before travelling to the conference.
